Payment:

We accept payment by credit/debit card, paypal, cheque and bank transfer

Packing and Postage:

Free delivery throughout the UK (mainland only) on orders over £300 Net

A flat rate delivery charge of £10.50 will be applied to all orders below £300 Net, For small orders which you can estimate as under 2kg in weight please enter Cheque in Payment option. We will then advise carriage charge and give instruction on how to pay (you will not be limited to the Cheque option to settle adjusted invoices.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles and the rest of Europe will normally be at the buyer's expense, although we are sometimes able to make a contribution to the cost of shipping on larger orders over £300. We will advise you of the approximate cost of delivery before processing your order. Members of the EU will not be charged UK VAT. Please contact us for further information

We regret that we are unable to supply customers in Canada and the USA because of the high cost of shipping and insurance.

No Minimum Order Value Required

Delivery:

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving an order. With such a huge range of handcrafted products there will inevitably be occasions when an item may not be immediately available, in which case we will contact you to suggest an alternative or offer a back order, credit note or refund.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If any item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will happily replace any items damaged in transit.
